Prepayment / Cancellation
In June, July and August the full amount is to be paid when booking the room.

For bookings in June, July and August, the following rules applies:
If canceled more than 14 days prior the full amount will be refunded.
If canceled between 8 and 14 days before 50% of the amount is refunded.
If canceled less than a week before, there is no refund.

Children and extra beds
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100 per stay for cots.
One child under 12 years is charged DKK 200 per night and person in an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplement will be applied the confirmation.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
